Our own sending IP

We run the mail server ourselves and look after its reputation: SPF, DKIM, DMARC and daily blacklist monitoring.

Create and remove accounts, manage aliases and spam filters, review quarantine — without waiting on a support ticket. Protected by two-factor authentication.

Migration handled

Old mail from CyberPanel, cPanel or any IMAP server is copied across without deleting anything on the old server. Nothing gets lost.

Encrypted backups

The server is backed up automatically every day, encrypted, at a different provider — so one problem cannot wipe out both copies.

Do I have to transfer my domain to Trivapost?
No. Your domain stays exactly where it is. Only a few DNS records change (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and we send you the complete list after you order.
What happens to my existing email?
It comes with you. Old mail is copied from your previous server with a sync job, without deleting anything there. You can run it yourself from the panel or we can help. See the migration guide.
What if the storage is nearly full?
You get a warning email at 75%, 90% and 95%, naming the mailboxes using the most space and linking straight to the upgrade. Extra storage works immediately and is billed pro-rata.
Can I send newsletters or promotions?
No. Trivapost is for staff email and transactional mail such as OTP codes, transaction notices and invoices. That restriction is what keeps our IP reputation clean and your mail in the inbox. For bulk marketing, use a dedicated marketing service.
If I cancel, is my email deleted straight away?
No. The domain is switched off first and mailbox contents stay on the server during a grace period, so you have time to download an archive. Data is only deleted after we notify you.
Who manages staff accounts?
You do, from the domain admin panel: add people, reset passwords, create aliases, review the spam quarantine — any time, without a ticket. We keep control only of what affects the shared server, such as sending limits.
